Installation 
============

Before installing SECE, please ensure that the software dependencies are installed.
The software and versions we use are

   scanpy==1.9.1
   pytorch==1.4.0

   torch-scatter==2.0.3 
   torch-sparse==0.6.1

SECE can be downloaded via pip:

.. code-block:: python

   pip install SECE

Then SECE can be used in python:

.. code-block:: python

   import SECE
